Mission Statement
The Church of Our Lady of Victory is a community of people in a primarily non-Catholic area in the Diocese of St. Cloud.  Our mission is to develop unity among the unique individual believers who are committed to the mission of Jesus Christ to build up the kingdom of God through the help of the Holy Spirit.

We are committed to carrying out this mission by:
*joining in worship of God through the celebration of Mass, Sacraments, and Prayer.  This is the source and fruit of our total life committed to Jesus and each other.
 

*providing an environment for the education and faith development of all members.

*reaching out in service to one another in the parish and in the world, as individuals or in small groups.
